Job Description
- Providing legal advice to the Employer on legal matters, issuing legal opinions, and preparing Employer decisions
- Monitoring the legislative framework and ensuring business compliance
- Participating in internal projects and organizational development activities
- Identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions
- Preparing bids for participation in public procurement procedures and undertaking all further actions required to participate in procedures conducted pursuant to the Public Procurement Act or under the internal regulations of healthcare institutions
- Drafting the company’s internal policies and acts and implementing them into business operations
- Preparing contracts for all types of business cooperation with legal entities and individuals (service contracts, copyright agreements, distribution agreements, service provision agreements, consulting agreements, company car use agreements, long-term lease agreements, and other contracts)
- Maintaining the Contract Register, including information on business partners
- Monitoring and fulfilling regulatory requirements related to the GDPR
- Performing other duties as instructed by the Head of Legal Affairs and Public Procurement and the Company’s Director

Education, Knowledge and Skills Required
- Law degree / Master of Laws (LL.M.)
- Passed bar examination
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred
- High level of written and verbal business communication skills
- High level of organizational skills and responsibility
- Flexibility and the ability to respond effectively to unforeseen circumstances
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Education level: University degree, Master’s degree
Language: English (A1)
Minimum years of work experience: 3–5 years
